Following the Government's latest decision to implement national restrictions, we can confirm that we remain open for business and are continuing to support our customers with their drainage needs as critical workers.

In order to protect the safety of our customers and staff, we continue to follow the Government guidance on creating a Covid-19 secure working environment.

Some of the extra measures we have in place are as follows:

• Before attending your property, we will ask you questions about whether you, or anyone in your household, is suffering any symptoms or is self-isolating.

• We will not send a member of staff to your property who is displaying symptoms of Covid-19.

• Our engineers are fully equipped with PPE and will wear this as appropriate.

• Our vehicles carry a range of disinfectant and antibacterial soaps and gels.

• We will maintain social distancing, wherever possible.

• We can take payment by card or bank transfer, to allow us to keep our distance.
